My name is Alhassan Kwaku B and I am a male home carer with experience in various care types including hourly and overnight care. I have worked with individuals who have had Mild Cognitive Impairment, are bedbound, have Parkinson's Disease, and also those who struggle with anxiety and depression. I am passionate about providing companionship and support to those in need.
While I do not drive, I am committed to providing high-quality care without transportation limitations. I have also gained skills in laundry, cleaning, administrative tasks, and hoist assistance, ensuring that I can assist with a wide range of caregiving needs. Building a trusting and compassionate relationship with those I care for is of utmost importance to me.
Outside of caregiving, I enjoy a number of hobbies such as walking, practicing yoga, socializing with friends and family, reading, and participating in sports. I find that these activities help me maintain a balanced personal life and enhance my ability to provide excellent care.
I am comfortable working with various types of pets, including cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds. My caring nature, friendliness, and helpfulness towards others are attributes that I bring to every caregiving role. I am motivated by the desire to help individuals lead independent lives and provide them with the support they need to thrive in their own homes.
